Mone Tuifua has diverse work experience in the construction industry, starting in 2007 as a Supervisor at Kai Mai Catering. From 2011 to 2012, they worked as a General Laborer at Local Landscaping, MTN Builders, and Iosepa Electric and General Contracting. In 2013, they became a Supervisor at Supreme Landscaping and Construction, where they worked until 2018. In 2017, they worked as a Field Engineer & Home Designer at Habitat for Humanity. In 2018, they briefly served as a Temple Facility Assistant Manager at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. From 2018 to 2020, they were a Project Engineer at Big-D Construction. Currently, they are employed as an Assistant Project Manager at Okland Construction since January 2022.
Mone Tuifua received a Bachelor's degree in Construction Management Technology with a Facility Management emphasis and two minors from Weber State University. Mone graduated with honors in 2019. Additionally, in 2016, they obtained the certification of Procore Certified Associate from Procore Technologies. In 2017, they received the OSHA 30hr certification from the Occupational Safety and Health Administration. In 2019, they further enhanced their skills by obtaining various Procore certifications, including Procore Certified: Project Manager (Core Tools), Procore Certified: Project Manager (Financial Management), Procore Certified: Project Manager (Project Management), Procore Certified: Project Manager (Quality & Safety), Procore Certified: Project Manager (Resource Management), and Procore Certified: Superintendent.
