Morgan Betancourt

Morgan Betancourt has extensive work experience in the construction industry, primarily with Okland Construction. In 2011, Morgan started as a Project Engineer, Assistant Superintendent, and Junior Estimator. During this time, they gained a strong understanding of construction processes and developed skills in estimating and project supervision. In 2015, Morgan was promoted to the role of Project Manager, where they successfully managed multiple projects, ensuring adherence to quality control, schedule, budget, and safety requirements. They were responsible for developing scopes, bids, and RFPs for construction remodel projects and handled all cost-related matters. In December 2020, Morgan was further promoted to the position of Senior Project Manager, which is their current role at Okland Construction.

Morgan Betancourt pursued their undergraduate education from 2006 to 2010 at Arizona State University, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Behavioral Sciences.
