Paul Phalen

Paul Phalen has a strong background in construction and project management. Paul worked at Okland Construction from 2019, starting as a Project Manager and later promoted to Sr. Project Manager in December 2022. Prior to that, they were a Project Manager at Layton Construction from 2014 to 2019. Paul also gained experience as a Project Engineer at Vaughn Construction from 2013 to 2014. Before transitioning into the construction industry, Paul worked as a Production and Remote Operations Manager at Utah Valley University from 2009 to 2013.

Paul Phalen received their Bachelor's of Science degree in Business Management with an emphasis in General Business from Utah Valley University from 2008 to 2012. Additionally, they obtained several certifications including Lean Foundations, Transitioning from Manager to Leader, Managing Customer Expectations for Managers, and Managing Teams from LinkedIn. Paul acquired these certifications in 2020 and 2021.
