Ryan Johnson has a diverse work experience in the construction industry. Ryan started their career as a Finish Carpenter at Diamond Star Construction in 2005. In 2006, they worked as an Intern at Wright Brothers, The Building Company, Eagle LLC before joining Empire Properties as a Field Engineer/Carpenter in 2007. At Empire Properties, they gained experience in managing subcontractors, preparing quantity takeoffs, and procuring materials for residential new construction and remodeling projects.

In 2008, Ryan joined HENSEL PHELPS as a Field Engineer, where they worked until 2012. During this time, they gained hands-on experience in various aspects of construction, including foundation installation, framing, HVAC, plumbing, electrical work, and interior/exterior finishes.

Ryan then joined Dahlgren Industrial Inc. as a Project Engineer from 2012 to 2016. In this role, they monitored and controlled project aspects under the guidance of the Project Manager and handled contract change orders.

In 2016, Ryan joined Hoffman Construction Company as a Project Engineer before transitioning to Okland Construction in 2017. At Okland Construction, they have held several positions, including Senior Project Engineer, Assistant Project Manager, and currently, Project Manager. In these roles, they have been directly involved in managing and completing various construction projects, including office buildings, tenant spaces, and concrete deck projects.

Throughout their career, Ryan has demonstrated skills in procurement tracking, document control, subcontract management, cost management, owner coordination, team building, and completing projects on time and within budget.

Ryan Johnson earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Construction Management from Boise State University. Ryan attended the university from 2003 to 2008.
