Kristoffer Sindby-Larsen has a diverse work experience spanning different industries and roles. Kristoffer currently works as the Head of Development at OKNygaard A/S, where they focus on climate adaptation and bringing new knowledge to the organization. Kristoffer is also an Innovation Manager at the European Platform for Urban Greening, where they contribute to innovative initiatives. Previously, Kristoffer worked as a consultant at Teknologisk Institut, assisting companies with testing and developing their ideas in climate adaptation. Kristoffer also held roles such as Branch Ambassador at Vallensbæk Kommune, and Regnvandskonsulent at Bang & Beenfeldt A/S. In addition, they have been involved in professional associations such as Danske kloakmestre and vandrådet i hovedvandopland 2.3 Øresund, where they played an active role in promoting knowledge and addressing challenges related to climate adaptation and water management. Kristoffer's experience also includes leadership positions, such as Næstformand at Danske kloakmestre and DGK De Grønne Kloakentrepanør. Prior to their career in climate adaptation, Kristoffer worked as a Bar Waiter at Crystal Cruises.

Kristoffer Sindby-Larsen has a diverse education history. In 1996, they attended Tekniskskole vilvorte, where they pursued a degree in agriculture and graduated in 1999. In 2004, they enrolled at Glostrup Tek and gained knowledge in kloakmester lovgivning and diminsionering, completing their degree in the same year.

In 2008, Sindby-Larsen joined KEA and studied management until 2010, acquiring a degree from the institution. Subsequently, they participated in various programs at Acuity World. From 2014 to 2019, they pursued a degree in Acuity World, specializing in New NLP Transformance Facilitation.

Additionally, in March 2015, Sindby-Larsen obtained a certification as a New NLP business practitioner from Acuity World. Throughout their educational journey, they enhanced their skills in personal leadership through Acuity World's Personal Leadership Program (PLP). In 2015, they completed the PLP I - Practitioner, followed by the PLP II - Master Practitioner in the same year. Finally, in 2017, they concluded the PLP III - Performance Facilitator program at Acuity World.
