Hayley Spira-Bauer

Hayley Spira-Bauer serves as the Chief Operating Officer at Fullmind since July 2017 and also hosts the podcast Learning Can't Wait. In addition to the COO role, Hayley holds positions as Chief Academic Officer and Director of Academics within the same organization. Currently, Hayley advises Oko Labs and serves as a Catapult Advisor at the University of Pennsylvania Graduate School of Education. As an EdTech Mentor and Advisory Board member at Inspiring Educators, Hayley contributes to the advancement of educational technology initiatives. Prior experience includes significant roles at Harlem Village Academies, where Hayley was Dean of Instruction and a founding teacher. An early career includes teaching 1st and 2nd grades at P.S. 55. Hayley earned a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Pennsylvania and a Master of Science for Teachers from Pace University.
