Julia Scott has a diverse work experience. In 2013, they worked as a Customer Advisor for CalMac Ferries Limited. In 2014, they were a Yacht Crew for Arnold Clark Drum. From 2015 to 2020, they held various roles in the medical field, including Clinical Scientist and Trainee Clinical Scientist at Medical Devices Unit, NHS Greater Glasgow & Clyde, and Honorary Research Assistant at University of Glasgow, College of Medical, Veterinary and Life Sciences. In 2019, they worked as a Data Engineer for OKRA Technologies, and in 2020 they became a Public Advisory Board Member for Health Data Research UK.
Julia Scott completed their Bachelor of Science in Physics from the University of St Andrews in 2015. Julia then went on to pursue a Master of Science in Medical Physics from the University of Glasgow, which they completed in 2016. In April 2019, they obtained a Clinical Scientist certification from The Health and Care Professions Council.
