Aya Ino

Aya Ino is an experienced professional specializing in business operations, strategy, and human resources with a strong focus on diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives. Currently serving as Director and Chief of Staff to the Chief Product Officer at Okta, Aya previously held leadership roles at Adobe, where responsibilities included overseeing business operations for the Employee Experience organization and Chief Talent Office. Prior roles at Autodesk involved program management in culture, diversity, and talent, as well as serving as Chief of Staff to VPs in related areas. Earlier career experiences include communication strategy at the Japanese Cultural and Community Center of Northern California and founding a culturally relevant curriculum for a public high school with the NYC Department of Education. Aya holds a Master of Education from Columbia University and a Bachelor of Arts in Business Economics from UCLA.
