Rajesh Mishra

Rajesh Mishra is a seasoned technology executive with over two decades of experience in engineering leadership. Currently serving as Senior Director of Engineering at Okta, Rajesh leads the Platform Engineering Pillar, focusing on developing scalable foundational platform capabilities. Previously at Google, Rajesh held multiple leadership roles, including Head of Engineering, where responsibilities included growing a small team to over 100 engineers and delivering high-reliability system performance for significant global resources. Additional roles included Group Engineering Manager, leading a team driving efforts in Google Apps Suite and Marketplace, and Staff Engineering Manager for Google Analytics and the Google+ team. Rajesh started a career at Microsoft as a Principal Engineer in various ad and management applications, showcasing a strong technical vision and leadership throughout a diverse and impactful career. Rajesh holds an MS in Computer Science from Temple University and a BE in Electronics Engineering from the University of Mumbai.
