Tracie Owen possesses extensive experience in technology solutions and engineering, with a focus on identity and access management, as well as presales support. At Okta, Tracie served as Director of Solution Engineering for Enterprise Accounts in the Eastern US and Canada, contributing expertise in IAM and technical presales. Prior roles include Senior Manager of Sales Engineering at Commvault, where Tracie led a team targeting revenue growth in state and local government and higher education sectors, and a significant tenure at Oracle in various senior engineering and management roles, providing cloud and on-premise solutions. Earlier experience includes directing Oracle technology services at MFG Systems Corporation and instructing in the Oracle certification program at Brookdale Community College. Tracie holds a Master of Science in Computer Systems Management and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Information Systems from the University of Maryland Global Campus.
