Valerie Hourigan

Valerie Hourigan is an experienced HR professional currently serving as the Principal People Business Partner at Okta since August 2023. Prior to this role, Valerie worked at Meta as an HR Business Partner from April 2022 to August 2023. Valerie's career includes significant positions such as HR Manager and HR/ER Advisor at Hostplus, and Head of HR at the Digital Marketing Institute. Valerie also gained valuable experience as a Human Resources Consultant at Investec Bank plc and as a Client Services Supervisor at Permanent TSB.
