VP, Customer Success at Oktopost

Yahav Dagan is the Vice President of Customer Success at Oktopost. Yahav has over eight years of experience in customer success and account management.

Dagan began their career as an Account Manager at HP in 2013. Yahav was promoted to Senior Account Manager at Hewlett Packard Enterprise in 2015 and then to Senior Customer Success Manager at SimilarWeb in 2017. In 2019, they joined Namogoo as a Senior Enterprise Customer Success Manager. Yahav held this position for two years before joining Oktopost in 2021.

At Oktopost, Dagan is responsible for leading the customer success team and ensuring that customers are satisfied with the product. Yahav works closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure that Oktopost’s customers are successful.

Yahav Dagan holds a bachelor's degree in Business and Economics from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev. Yahav also has a degree from HP Sales University, where they completed an international sales program for engineers in the IT sector. Yahav's educational background also includes high school studies in technology, English, physics and mathematics from Handesaim high school for Technology.

Yahav Dagan reports to Tomer Laks, Chief Revenue Officer. They are on a team with and Chris Bennett - VP & Head, Global Sales. Jennifer Mason - Customer Success Manager, Tom Harrison - Customer Success Manager, and Nuala Conneely - Customer Success Manager report to Yahav Dagan.
