Rifad Mahasneh

Rifad Mahasneh currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer for MENA at OKX since November 2023 and is a Founding Board Member of D2A2, the Middle East's first digital asset industry group, established in July 2022. Previously, Rifad held the position of VP of Public Policy and Communication at Rain from September 2021 to July 2023, where regulatory strategy was a key focus. Rifad also had roles as General Manager and Senior Executive Officer at Rain UAE, and as General Manager for GCC & Levant at Uber. Prior experience includes strategic management at Al Ghurair Investment, economic consulting at EnConsult, and urban planning research at the Amman Institute for Urban Development. Rifad holds an MBA from IE Business School and an Honors Bachelor’s degree in Urban & Economic Geography from the University of Toronto.
