Victor Pérez is the Chief Technology Officer at OKY Yes. Victor was previously the Software Architect Manager at Tigo Guatemala from October 2008 to April 2019, where they led a team of software architects to develop software / soa based solutions. Prior to that, they were a Software Developer at SSO from April 2006 to October 2008, where they specialized in c#, java, oracle and microsoft sql server development.

Victor Pérez has a Master of Business Administration - MBA from Universidad Da Vinci de Guatemala in Business Administration and Management, General. Victor also has an Engineer's degree in Computer Engineering from Universidad Rafael Landívar. In addition, they have a Bachillerato en Ciencias y Letras from Colegio bilingüe Campo Real. Victor also has a certification from TM Forum in TM Forum Open API Fundamentals.
