Benonia Elias

Benonia Elias is a seasoned Talent and Organizational Development Specialist with extensive experience in the hospitality and public administration sectors. Currently serving at O&L Leisure Hotels & Lodges since September 2022, Benonia has previously worked as an Organizational Development Specialist at the Namibia Institute of Public Administration and Management from November 2020 to September 2022, and as a Consultant in People and Change at PwC Namibia from November 2014 to November 2020. Benonia holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Honours) in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from the University of South Africa, a Post Graduate Diploma in Organizational Development from the same institution, and a BA Honours in Industrial Psychology from the University of Namibia. Educational background also includes completing Grade 12 at St Joseph's High School.
