Deven Chitaliya

Deven Chitaliya serves as the Global Head of the Ethical Business Program and Legal Compliance at Olam Agri since July 2022, following a 12-year tenure at Olam where responsibilities included leading the Central Risk Office and overseeing Credit & Counterparty Risk. Prior experience includes serving as the Regional Risk Controller and Director at Masefield Asia Pacific Pte Ltd, and holding managerial roles in ERP projects and management information systems at Kobian Pte Ltd. Deven commenced a career in risk and commercial management at Reliance Industries Ltd. Educational qualifications encompass an International Diploma in Managing Sanctions Risk from the International Compliance Association, a Financial Risk Manager certification from the Global Association of Risk Professionals, and professional designations in accounting and risk management from recognized institutions in India.
