Glory Perazzo

Glory Perazzo is a highly experienced human resources professional with a diverse background. Glory most recently worked as the Director of North America Human Resources at Olam Agri, a leading agribusiness company. Prior to that, they held the same position at Olam. Before joining Olam, Glory worked at LUKOIL Pan Americas, LLC as an HR Business Partner and Human Resources Generalist. Glory also served as the Human Resources Manager at High Rise Fire and Security. Glory gained valuable experience in the financial industry during their time at Lloyds Banking Group, where they held roles as a Senior Analyst and an Analyst in Human Resources. Glory started their career as a Human Resources Intern at Witness, Inc. and also worked at DC Invest - Procter & Gamble as a Human Resources Manager, Supply Chain Manager, and Major Accounts Manager. Glory began their professional journey as a Project Associate at Agri-Aqua Development Coalition and as a faculty member at Ateneo de Davao University. Throughout their career, Glory has demonstrated expertise in recruitment, employee development, project management, and HR operations.

Glory Perazzo, SHRM-SCP, SPHR, holds a Master's Degree in Human Resources Management and Development from New York University, obtained in 2011. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor's Degree in Philosophy from Ateneo de Davao University. In terms of certifications, Glory achieved their SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) designation from SHRM in 2015 and became a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) through the HR Certification Institute - HRCI in 2011. Glory also holds additional certifications including Insights Discovery Client Practitioner from Insights in 2018 and completed the Leading Innovative Change program from UC Berkeley Executive Education in 2022.
