With experience in leading large teams across the rubber industry, Vijeth has successfully scaled operations and revenue across various roles within Olam and previously at PepsiCo and ITC Limited. Holding an MBA from the Indian School of Business and a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the National Institute of Technology Warangal, Vijeth has demonstrated expertise in strategic initiatives, brand management, trade negotiations, and maximizing production efficiency while ensuring environmental compliance.
