Aviva Fernandes

Aviva Fernandes has a strong background in marketing and PR, with over 15 years of experience in various roles. Aviva is currently working as the International Marketing Director at Olaplex Inc. (Nasdaq: OLPX) since June 2022. Prior to that, they were the Global Marketing Director at BYBI Beauty from October 2021 to June 2022.

Before joining BYBI Beauty, Aviva worked at Nails.INC as the Global Head of Digital, Marketing, and PR from September 2019 to October 2021. In their earlier career, they held the position of General Marketing Manager Beauty at Harrods from June 2016 to April 2019.

Aviva also worked as a Marketing Manager at bareMinerals from December 2013 to May 2016. Before that, they were an International Assistant Public Relations Manager at Walgreens Boots Alliance, Retail Pharmacy International (Excl. UK & ROI) from March 2012 to November 2013.

Aviva started their career at Boots UK, where they held multiple roles including Assistant Public Relations Manager from January 2010 to March 2012, Marketing Assistant from April 2008 to March 2010, and Marketing Assistant- TV/Press from January 2007 to March 2008. Overall, Aviva has demonstrated their expertise and leadership in the marketing and PR field through their progressive roles in various well-known organizations.

Aviva Fernandes pursued their education starting in 2001 at the University of Mumbai, where they completed their Bachelor of Commerce degree. During this time, they studied Accountancy, Human Resources, and Economics. Following their undergraduate studies, in 2005, Aviva Fernandes enrolled at the University of Toronto for a post-graduate program in Industrial and Organizational Psychology, which they completed in 2006.
