Muhannad Alalwan

Muhannad Alalwan has a diverse work experience spanning different roles and companies. Muhannad started their career as a Self Employed individual at Muhannad Alalwan Est. from March 2003 to May 2006. Muhannad then worked as a System Operator at Albilad Fire Fighting Systems Limited from December 2006 to November 2007. After that, they served as an Operations Team Lead at Alhamrani Universal from November 2007 to October 2008. Muhannad then joined Atos as an HR Generalist in November 2014 and later became an HR Business Partner from November 2015 to December 2016.

In 2017, Muhannad joined Olayan Saudi Holding Company (OSHCO) as a Manager, Learning and Development Planning. Muhannad later took on the role of Manager, Learning and Development from January 2018 to December 2018. From January 2019 to December 2021, they worked as a Manager, HR Information Systems (HRIS) at OSHCO. In January 2022, they were promoted to the role of Senior Manager, HR Information Systems (HRIS), where they led the implementation of SuccessFactors. Currently, Muhannad serves as the Head, HRIS & Data Analytics at OSHCO, responsible for developing strategies and providing direction to the HR Information Systems team. Muhannad also oversees the planning, implementation, and deployment of HR systems and partners with the IT team to effectively manage HR systems.

Muhannad Alalwan's education history is as follows:

- In 2021 and 2022, Muhannad pursued CIPD Qualifications and obtained an Associate Diploma in People Management.

- From 2013 to 2014, Muhannad attended Middlesex University, where they completed a Master of Science (MSc) in Business Information Systems Management (MIS).

- From 2010 to 2013, Muhannad studied at Brunel University London and earned a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Information Systems.

- In 2009 and 2010, Muhannad attended Brunel University London Pathway College, where they obtained a Foundation degree in Information Technology.

- A Digital HR Transformation certification from Informa, obtained in March 2021.

- A PRINCE2 Foundation Certificate from APMG-International, obtained in March 2014.
