Job Itzkowitz

Job Itzkowitz serves as the Executive Director of Old City District since August 2014, leading long-term strategy and multi-department operations in a business improvement district focused on enhancing municipal services through various initiatives. Previously, Job Itzkowitz was a candidate for Philadelphia City Council in 2023, successfully raising $250K and garnering endorsements from notable entities while receiving 27K votes. Job Itzkowitz also held the position of Deputy Chief of Staff and Director of Policy & Legislation for Philadelphia City Council from 2012 to 2014, where a comprehensive legislative agenda was developed. Earlier in the career, Job Itzkowitz practiced as an associate attorney at Ballard Spahr LLP, managing large-scale litigation and representing major corporations. Educational background includes a J.D. from the University of Pennsylvania Carey Law School, a B.A. in Psychology from the University of Michigan, and studies at The American University of Paris.
