Susan Lee, PhD, RN, CNP, ACHPN, FAAN, currently serves as a Palliative Care Nurse Practitioner at Old Colony Hospice & Palliative Care since September 2019, specializing in delivering expert palliative care to older adults in hospital settings. As the Owner of Global Partners in Nursing, Susan supports nurse-driven palliative care globally through education, resources, and consultation. Previously, Susan held significant academic and clinical roles, including Graduate Program Director and Clinical Professor at the University of Massachusetts Boston, Senior Nurse Scientist and Magnet Writer at Brigham and Women's Hospital, and Nurse Scientist at Massachusetts General Hospital, where efforts focused on enhancing the nursing workforce in geropalliative care. Susan's educational background includes a Post Doctoral Fellowship from Watson Caring Science Institute and a PhD in Nursing from Boston College, along with multiple degrees in nursing from UMass Boston, Worcester State University, and Laboure College.
