Kobe Desousa

Kobe DeSousa is currently a Football Student Assistant at the University of Massachusetts Amherst, focusing on the coordination of major recruiting functions and NCAA compliance paperwork. In addition, Kobe serves as a Film Evaluation Student at The Scouting Academy and works as a Youth Sports Instructor at Old Colony YMCA, coaching flag football and basketball for grades K-6. Previous experience includes interning at Kansas City Chiefs during Training Camp, where operational duties involved fan engagement, and serving as a Student Assistant for the Amherst College Football team, handling practice drills and video editing. Additional roles include Summer Camp Counselor at Apponequet Regional High School, training high school students in athletics, and various positions in food service at Lorenzos Italian Restaurant. Kobe is pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Sport and Fitness Administration/Management at Isenberg School of Management, UMass Amherst, expected to graduate in May 2025.
