Robin Kirby

Robin Kirby, PHR, SHRM-CP, serves as the Vice President of Human Resources at Old Colony YMCA, overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Human Resources Department since July 2007. Previously, Robin held several positions at Quincy Mutual Fire Insurance Company, including Senior Director of Human Resources Administration and Human Resources Generalist, starting as a part-time Technical Assistant. Prior experience includes a role as Coordinator of Human Resources at Signature Healthcare - Brockton Hospital, where responsibilities encompassed the recruitment function and a variety of generalist duties. Robin earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Management, as well as a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management, from Southern New Hampshire University between 1981 and 1985.
