Cheryl M. is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in financial leadership and corporate governance. Currently serving on the Board of Directors for Old Dominion Freight Line, Tyson Foods, CELSIUS Holdings, Inc., and Soli Organic, Cheryl holds positions as a qualified financial expert and committee chair for various audit, compensation, and governance committees. Previously, Cheryl held roles including Chief Financial Officer at West Marine and Executive Vice President & Chief Financial Officer at JM Family Enterprises, where responsibilities included managing financial operations for multiple business units. As the first female CEO of AutoNation, Cheryl was instrumental in leading America's largest automotive retailer. Cheryl M. earned a BBA in Finance from James Madison University.
