Mary R. Allred

Mary R. Allred, CEBS, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, has extensive experience in compensation and benefits in the logistics and transportation industry. Currently serving as Director of Compensation and Benefits at Old Dominion Freight Line since June 2020, Mary previously held leadership roles at Epes Transport System, LLC, including VP of Compensation & Benefits and Director of Benefits, as well as Corporate HR & Benefits Manager at Epes Carriers, Inc. Early career positions include Marketing Analyst at Benefits Group and Human Resources Manager at North Carolina Plastics, Inc., along with a role as Director of Human Resources at Industrial Truck Sales & Service, Inc. Mary holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro, obtained in 1999.
