Mark M. has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Mark started their career at PwC, where they worked in Assurance and Business Advisory Services for four years. Mark then joined Waypoint Bank as the Vice President of Accounting Policy and Financial Controls, where they were responsible for SEC Financial Reporting and Financial Controls. After this, Mark worked at Roper Industries as the Director of Financial Reporting, where they collaborated with Executive Management in financial planning and reporting. Mark later joined Graystone as the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, a role they held for six years. Mark then moved to Virginia Commerce Bank, where they served as the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer until the bank's sale in 2014. Mark subsequently joined EagleBank as the Executive Vice President of Finance, and after a brief tenure there, they became the Chairman of the Board and CEO at Old Dominion National Bank. Currently, Mark is a Member of the Board of Directors at Arlington Soccer Association. Additionally, they have served on the Board of Directors and chaired the Finance Committee at Central Pennsylvania Food Bank. Mark's extensive experience in finance and leadership roles showcases their expertise in the field.
Mark M. attended Elizabethtown College from 1995 to 1999, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting. Additionally, they became a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in 2001.
