Alyssa Retzena

Alyssa Retzena is a Senior Learning Experience Designer at Ziplines Education, leading the design and launch of industry-focused certificate courses since January 2024. Additionally, Alyssa serves as an Adjunct Professor of Design Thinking at Old Dominion University, guiding students through a collaborative course. Prior experience includes roles at 2U, where Alyssa held various positions from Admissions Counselor to Lead Learning Designer, focusing on innovative and equitable graduate-level learning experiences and research in learning science. Alyssa also contributed as a Learning Design Consultant at Stukent and has a strong educational background with a Master of Science in Integrated Design, Business, and Technology from USC and a Bachelor's in Marketing from Penn State University.
