Trent Buskirk

Trent Buskirk currently serves as a Professor and Provost Data Science Fellow at Old Dominion University, where efforts are focused on establishing a new School of Data Science. Prior to this, Trent held the position of Novak Family Professor of Data Science and Chair at Bowling Green State University since January 2019. Additionally, Trent has been a Professor in Management Science and Information Systems at the University of Massachusetts Boston since September 2016, leading a team at the Center for Survey Research. Previous roles include Vice President of Statistics and Methodology at Marketing Systems Group, Research Director of Advanced Methodologies at The Nielsen Company, and Associate Professor of Biostatistics at Saint Louis University. Trent obtained a Ph.D. in Statistics from Arizona State University between 1995 and 1999.
