Chief Risk & Sustainability Officer (crso) at Old Mutual Insure

Thabile Nyaba serves as the Chief Risk & Sustainability Officer at Old Mutual Insure since January 2018, with notable roles including Chief Risk Officer and Chairperson of both the Transformation and Responsible Business committee and the Women's Forum. Thabile has contributed to the implementation of significant initiatives such as SheThrives and Self Defence Training. In addition, Thabile holds trustee positions across several trusts associated with Old Mutual and has been a director at IFRIMA since December 2022 and Chairperson of the Board at Elite Risk Acceptances since March 2020. Thabile’s leadership extends to the Lukazi Farming Projects Co-operative and WDB Investment Holdings as well as founding the Izinsika Zesizwe Foundation.
