Ginger Germani

Ginger Germani began their career in 2004 as a Sales Representative at Paychex, where they developed a new territory and grew the CPA referral business. Ginger transitioned to Virginia National Bank in 2008 as a Treasury Management Officer, implementing cash management solutions. Over the years, they held various roles in business banking, relationship management, and commercial lending at different banks, including StellarOne Bank, Old Dominion National Bank, Virginia Community Bank, and Burke & Herbert Bank. Their most recent role was as Senior Vice President of Commercial Lending at Old Point National Bank in 2023. Throughout their career, Ginger has focused on building strong relationships with clients and driving economic growth in the markets they serve.

Ginger Germani completed their Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Randolph-Macon College in 1997. Ginger also obtained additional certifications including being a safeTALK trainer from LifeWorks in May 2019, Certified Telehealth Coordinator (CTC) from NEW COLLEGE in 2019, and Applied Suicide Intervention Skills Training (ASIST) from LifeWorks in January 2019.
