Nicole Dibiase

Nicole Dibiase brings over two decades of experience in call center management and human resources, currently serving as the Call Center Director at Old Republic Home Protection since December 2001. Throughout their tenure, Nicole has progressed through various roles, including Human Resources Coordinator, Recruiting Manager, Call Center Operations Manager, and Call Center Supervisor. Prior to this, Nicole held the position of Call Center Supervisor at Positive Communications from July 1997 to December 2001. Nicole's academic background includes studies at Las Positas College, Santa Barbara City College, and the University of Pacific.
