Kristina Marada

Kristina Marada, M.Ed., is an experienced professional in claims management and compliance, currently serving as Assistant Vice President of Claim Compliance at Old Republic Risk Management since August 2016. In this role, Kristina oversees workers' compensation compliance for third-party administrators nationwide, addresses complaints from the Department of Insurance, and collaborates with Legal and IT to manage security incidents. Previous positions include Claim Service Compliance Manager at Hastings Mutual Insurance Company and various roles at Broadspire, American Family Insurance, Kemper Insurance, and Horwitz, Horwitz & Associates, Ltd. Kristina holds a Bachelor of Science in Political Science/Criminal Justice from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and a Master of Education in Instructional Leadership from the University of Illinois Chicago.
