Darrel Lamb, CPCU, AFSB has over 30 years of experience in the insurance and financial industry. Darrel started their career as a Loan Officer at US Bank, where they completed a management training program and participated in bank acquisitions. In 1990, they joined Safeco Insurance as a Surety Underwriter and later became a Bond Manager. During their time at Safeco, they were one of the founding underwriters for the company's First National Surety program. In 2004, Darrel moved to Zurich Insurance as a Senior Account Executive/Bond Manager, where they developed and managed a portfolio of construction clients. Since 2012, they have been working as the Regional Vice President at Old Republic Surety Company, leading the West Region surety operation. In this role, they are responsible for business development, underwriting, marketing, agency management, and employee development. Darrel's expertise includes contract surety, underwriting, strategic vision, and compliance.

Darrel Lamb, CPCU, AFSB, holds a Bachelor of Science degree with a major in Business and Economics and a minor in International Studies from George Fox University. In addition, they obtained certifications in CPCU (Chartered Property and Casualty Underwriter) and AFSB (Associate in Fidelity and Surety Bonding) from The Institutes.
