Jill York

Jill York is an experienced finance professional currently serving as an Independent Public Company Board Member at Old Second Bancorp, Inc. and as an Independent Board Member at Old Second National Bank, both since October 2020. Prior to these roles, Jill served as President and Head of Equipment Finance and Leasing Solutions at Fifth Third Bank from May 2019 to April 2020, where leadership involved overseeing over 300 professionals and integrating MB Financial Bank's leasing businesses. From August 2000 to May 2019, Jill was with MB Financial Bank as EVP of Specialty Banking and M&A from 2016 to 2019 and Chief Financial Officer from 2000 to 2016, during which time M&A activities included 18 transactions. Early career experience included serving as an Audit Partner at RSM US LLP from December 1986 to August 2000. Jill holds an M.B.A. from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Illinois Wesleyan University.
