Will Garcia

Will Garcia has extensive work experience in the banking industry. Will started their career in 2013 as an intern at First Community Financial Bank. Will then joined Heartland Bank and Trust Company, where they held various roles including Retail Banker, Credit Analyst, and Commercial Portfolio Manager. In these positions, they were responsible for performing credit analyses, managing loan portfolios, and monitoring borrower performance. In 2017, they moved on to Grand Ridge National Bank as a Commercial Credit Analyst, where they prepared credit approval documents and managed loan portfolios. Currently, Will is employed at Old Second National Bank, where they have held multiple positions including Senior Credit Analyst, Commercial Banking Representative, Commercial Banking Officer, Assistant Vice President Commercial Banking, and their current role as Vice President of Commercial Banking. In these roles, they focused on establishing and growing commercial credit relationships, identifying financing solutions for customers, and developing new business. Will's experience showcases their expertise in commercial banking, credit analysis, and portfolio management.

Will Garcia obtained their Bachelor of Arts degree in Actuarial Science from the University of St. Francis, where they studied from 2009 to 2013. Afterward, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) at Northern Illinois University, completing their studies from 2018 to 2020.
