Bridget Baratta

Bridget Baratta is an accomplished development professional with extensive experience in fundraising and organizational leadership. Currently serving as Vice President for Development at Old Sturbridge Village since January 2025, Bridget has held notable positions such as Vice President of Development at the Rhode Island Foundation and Director of Development (CDO) at The Society of the Four Arts, where a successful development department was established. Prior roles include Chief Development Officer at Palm Beach Zoo & Conservation Society and Director of the Office of Philanthropy & Strategic Partnerships at Oxbridge Academy of the Palm Beaches. With a solid foundation in asset growth from their tenure as Executive Director at Martin County Community Foundation and experience as a Managing Consultant at Kaiser Associates, Bridget holds advanced degrees in Education Policy and Administration from the University of Pennsylvania and International Business from The George Washington University, supplemented by recent education from Harvard Business School Online.
