Michael Farrow

Michael Farrow has extensive work experience in IT and program management. Michael started their career in 1980 as a Production Manager at Hart Schaffner & Marx. Michael then worked at Kraft Foods as an Operations Manager from 1981 to 1990. From 1990 to 1998, they held various roles at Hills Pet, including International Supply Chain and Plant Management. Michael was responsible for production operations, logistics, forecasting, and SAP IT configuration. Michael also successfully implemented SAP systems in multiple international locations. From 1998 to 2002, they worked as an SAP IT Consultant at Capgemini / Farmland One System IT Group. In 2002, they joined ConAgra Foods as a Program Manager in Information Technology, where they managed various IT projects and acquisitions. Michael also managed the implementation of several systems, including ERP and Warehouse Management systems. From 2016 to 2022, they worked at TreeHouse Foods as an IT Manager, overseeing the domestic and international pasta ecosystems. In addition to their role at TreeHouse Foods, they also serve as the Director of IT at OWS Foods since 2021.

Michael Farrow attended Southeast Missouri State University from 1977 to 1980 where they obtained a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (BBA) with a Management major. Michael then pursued higher education at Amber University from 1983 to 1985, earning a Master of Business Administration (MBA) also with a focus on Management.
