Dale Wruck

Dale Wruck has extensive experience in engineering and technical management, primarily with Oldcastle BuildingEnvelope since 1999, where current responsibilities include managing a department of technical professionals that supports various functions including sales, engineering, and quality control. Previous roles at Oldcastle include Engineering Manager and Product Development Manager for windows, focusing on the design and testing of high thermal window products. Dale's career started at Kawneer Company, Inc. as a Product Engineer, where design and testing of commercial window products were conducted, along with receiving a US Patent for window design. Additional experience includes project engineering at Marmet, military service in the US Army Reserves, and a laboratory assistant position at the University of Wisconsin-Madison. Dale holds a Bachelor of Science in Engineering Mechanics from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
