Julianne Havel-Mullins

Julianne Havel-Mullins has extensive experience in human resources and talent management. Julianne began their career at Target Corporation as a Human Resource Manager and District HR Leader, handling various responsibilities and projects. Julianne then moved to JCPenney, working as a Regional Human Resource Manager, Senior Human Resources Business Partner/Leader, and Leadership Development Consultant. Currently, they serve as the Director of Human Resources and Talent Management at Oldcastle BuildingEnvelope. Throughout their career, Julianne has demonstrated a strong ability to lead teams, support business strategies, and drive positive results.
