Linda Melo P.Eng, PMP, serves as the Operational Excellence Manager at Oldcastle BuildingEnvelope since November 2023. Prior to this role, Linda held positions as Continuous Improvement Manager at Kohl & Frisch Limited and JELD-WEN Windows & Doors Canada, respectively, from March 2022 to November 2022 and March 2021 to March 2022. Previous experience includes working as a Manufacturing Engineer at SCIEX from October 2016 to February 2021 and as an OpEx Leader at Medtronic from August 2014 to July 2016. Linda's career began at Eaton Corporation, where Linda worked as a Senior Manufacturing Engineer from December 2009 to July 2014, focusing on process design and improvement utilizing Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and Statistical Process Control. Linda holds a Master's degree in Project Management from Université du Québec en Outaouais and a degree in Industrial Engineering from Universidad Iberoamericana.
