Mike Marcely

Mike Marcely is the Chief Financial Officer of Oldcastle BuildingEnvelope, North America’s leading vertically integrated manufacturer, fabricator and distributor of architectural hardware, glass and glazing systems. Mike leads the Finance organization overseeing the company’s internal control environment, internal and external financial reporting, cash flow management and liquidity, capital budgeting, and risk management.

Mike has over 30 years of experience in financial leadership roles at both private and public companies with international operations, primarily in the manufacturing industry.

Mike has been a CFO and Business Leader at numerous companies and has helped lead companies to implement focused strategies and improved business processes to drive sustainable improvements in earnings and cash flow.

In Mike’s last CFO role, working with the CEO and team, Mike helped lead sustainable improvements to earnings and cash flow that resulted in the owner doubling its investment in the four plus years of ownership, selling the company for $3.6 billion in cash.

Mike earned his bachelor’s degree from St. Louis University, MBA from Washington University and is a CPA.
