Joe Schelsky has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Joe started their career as a Survey Technician at Westlake Consultants, Inc., where they worked on mapping properties. Joe then joined the Tigard-Tualatin School District as a Utility Technician, responsible for assisting with facility maintenance and support services.
After that, Joe worked at Hoffmeyer Company, Inc., taking on various roles such as Belt Technician, Inside Sales/Customer Service, and Office Manager. As a Belt Technician, they repaired, installed, and maintained industrial machinery. In their role as Inside Sales/Customer Service, they worked with the sales team to grow existing customers and meet sales quotas. As an Office Manager, they oversaw office and field activities, managed employees, handled invoicing, and supervised HR.
Most recently, Joe worked at Oldcastle Infrastructure as a Sales Representative, Sales Estimator, and Project Lead. As a Sales Representative, they answered product inquiries, took customer orders, and coordinated delivery. As a Sales Estimator, they prepared quotes and estimates. In their current role as a Project Lead, they are responsible for managing multiple sales orders, providing direction and oversight to the project team, preparing change order proposals, and monitoring progress.
