Miikka Riionheimo

Miikka Riionheimo has a diverse work experience. Miikka currently holds the position of Chief Operating Officer at Oldcastle Infrastructure since January 2023. Prior to this, they served as the Senior Vice President of Strategy and Development at CRH Americas from November 2021 to January 2023. From June 2017 to November 2021, they were the Managing Director of Finnsementti Oy, where they also served as the Chief Operating Officer from September 2016 to May 2017. Before that, they held various roles at HELLA, including Vice President Production GH & Managing Director HRO, Managing Director, Sales & Supply Chain Director, Supply Chain Manager, and General Manager Operations. Miikka also worked at Sandvik Mining and Construction, where they held the roles of R&D/E Surface mining segment - Exploration equipment and VP R&D/E Exploration segment. Additionally, they worked at Hella as the Director Time To Market and Design & Development manager / Product Manager.

Miikka Riionheimo received their M.Sc degree in Production Engineering and Production Economics from Tampere University of Technology from 1997 to 2003.
