Steven Hodge

Steven Hodge is an experienced operations leader with a diverse background in plant management and production supervision across various industries. Currently serving as Plant Manager at Oldcastle Infrastructure since November 2023, Steven previously held the position of Plant General Manager at Universal Recycling Technologies, LLC., where responsibilities included overseeing day-to-day operations of a 200,000 sq ft facility, enhancing employee retention, and maintaining regulatory compliance. Steven's earlier roles included positions at DynaEnergetics, Oldcastle Precast, and Willbanks Metals, where accomplishments focused on team leadership, efficiency improvements, safety program management, and significant revenue growth. Education includes an Associate's degree in Bible/Biblical Studies from Andersonville Theological Seminary.
