Timothy Chan

Timothy Chan currently serves as Executive Director and Head of Digital Solutions and Implementation at Olea, a digital trade finance platform developed in partnership with SC Ventures at Standard Chartered, where responsibilities include overseeing operations, leading digital solutions teams, and driving innovation with emerging technologies. Prior experience includes roles as Program Project Manager at UOB, where project and vendor management were key focuses, and various positions at OCBC Bank, culminating in the role of Head of Transformation for Trade Finance Operations, where a three-year transformation roadmap was spearheaded across multiple regions. Timothy holds a Master's degree in IT in Business with a focus on Financial Technology, along with an Economics degree from Singapore Management University, and has a background in operations and project management with a notable military service in the Singapore Armed Forces.
