Tetiana Demchenko

Tetiana Demchenko has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Tetiana is currently working as the Strategy and Operations Lead at Olea Medical - Improved Diagnosis for Life since June 2022. Prior to this role, they held positions such as Business Architect and Operational Excellence Manager at the same company from 2019 to 2022. Tetiana also worked as a Sales Manager at Olea Medical from 2014 to 2019.

Additionally, Tetiana gained experience in the hospitality industry as an Event Management Trainee at Olympia Riviera Resort in 2012 as part of the Erasmus Internship Program. Tetiana also had academic practice in the HR department at Technic for Business in 2009.

In the earlier stages of their career, Tetiana worked as an HR Assistant at Lviv's Lightening Group in 2009, a Sales Manager in 2008, and an Accounting Assistant in 2007, all at the same company.

Tetiana Demchenko completed their B.Sc. in Psychology of Management at Ivan Franko National University of Lviv from 2007 to 2011. Tetiana then pursued a B.Sc. in Public Relations and Advertising at Kyiv National University of Culture and Arts from 2008 to 2012. In 2012, they participated in an Erasmus Exchange Program at Aix-Marseille Graduate School of Management - IAE, focusing on the Management of Information Technology. From 2011 to 2013, Tetiana pursued their M.Sc. in International Business and Management (IBM) - a Joint Program with Kozminski University - at the University of Bradford, specializing in International Business, Management, and Human Resource Management. Tetiana also holds various additional certifications, such as AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner, Lean Management Green Belt, Change Management PRACTITIONER, The Open Group Certified: ArchiMate® 3 Foundation, The Open Group Certified: TOGAF® 9 Certified, and Certified Foundation Level Business Analyst.
