Greg Waterman

Greg Waterman is an experienced operations and manufacturing manager with a diverse background spanning several industries, including OLED production, electronics, automotive, foodservice, and more. Currently serving as the Fab Manager at OLEDWorks since August 2022, Greg leads manufacturing operations in Rochester, NY. Prior roles include Operations Supervisor at IEC Electronics Corp., Senior Advisor at Empire State Engines, General Manager and Service Manager at Restaurant Technologies, Inc., and Plant Manager at Select Fabricators, Inc. Notable earlier positions were with Blockbuster Online, Document Reprocessors, Guardian Industries, Xerox, and Bausch & Lomb. Greg holds a B.S. in Business Administration from Geneva College and has demonstrated success in optimizing processes, implementing lean methodologies, and managing teams across various operational settings.
