Kelly Freegard

Kelly Freegard has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies. In 2001, they started their career as a Recruitment Consultant at Badenoch & Clark and worked there until 2005. Following that, they joined Capital Consulting (onsite at American Express) as a Client Relationship Manager, where they were responsible for high-level Finance recruitment and was involved in setting up the Recruitment function in Madrid. From 2008 to 2014, Kelly worked at IBM, initially as a Project Manager/Implementation Consultant, overseeing the implementation of new global clients. Later, they became a Product Consultant and eventually an Executive Partner, Client Success. Since 2018, Kelly has been working at Oleeo as a Customer Success Manager and currently holds the position of Head of UK Customer Success.

Kelly Freegard earned a Bachelor of Arts (MA) degree in Psychology from the University of Aberdeen, where they studied from 1996 to 2000. Later, they pursued a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Occupational Psychology at Goldsmiths, University of London from 2003 to 2004.
