Cindy Butitta

Ms. Butitta has served as a member of the Board of Directors since August 2020. She most recently served as Chief Operating Officer of Kite Pharma Inc. Before Kite, she was Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at NextWave Pharmaceuticals, Inc. Earlier in her career, she held roles of increasing leadership at Telik, Inc., including Chief Operating Officer, Chief Financial Officer, and Principal Accounting Officer. She is a member of the Boards of Directors of Autolus Therapeutics plc and UroGen Pharma Ltd. Ms. Butitta received a B.S. with honors in business and accounting from Edgewood College in Madison, Wisconsin, and an M.B.A. in finance from the University of Wisconsin, Madison.
